My story

Yoga helps my health

I started yoga in my mid 50’s since my health falling apart. So many prescriptions meds but never felt right. Wanted change it, started yoga. Studied and worked harder I became yoga instructor and certified yoga therapist. Now I share what I learned with seniors to be happier aging.
